The clean room, lovely decor, and amazing breakfasts really stood out. Only issue was some late-night noise from the street, but it didn't overshadow the experience.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty, frustrating in today's world!!! Lack of outside windows in some rooms can feel claustrophobic!!!

Everything you want your Italian vacation to offer
In general: Perfect location, quiet location, beautiful decor, every amenity and superb staff. Intimate without being intrusive. Appealing to every nationality. Location and surroundings: In the old town of Sorrento, but less than 5 minute walk to central square of Sorrento. Hard to believe it's that close given how quiet the hotel location is. Several restaurants steps from the hotel entrance, as well as cafes and full variety of shops. Service: Nello, the owner / manager was very attentive and interested in making sure we were comfortable and that any request was met. He was knowledgeable about excursions, but not 'selling.' He went above and beyond...even meeting us / the car at the small square about a 90 second walk from the hotel to help us with our luggage (cars are not allowed in certain areas of the old town.) Dining: Good Continental breakfast with ample variety and choice of cooked eggs included. Multiple coffee/espresso and tea options. Room: Tasteful tile floors and bathroom. Immaculately clean and tasteful decor throughout. Very comfortable bed, pillows and excellent Wifi internet service ( no charge.) Useful tips: Book early.

Staying at Palazzo Delle Grazie was fantastic. The room was pristine and beautifully designed with a lovely tile floor. The balcony's view of the quaint street added charm. Breakfast was awesome with excellent options, particularly for egg lovers. The staff shone. They were helpful, even assisting with train tickets to Pompeii. I felt the water issue could be a concern since we experienced a brief outage , which disrupted our showers. The location was convenient for exploring Sorrento and beyond, but the somewhat cramped attic room and its low ceilings required caution for taller guests.

Breakfast was a hit with freshly baked home-made bread and an abundance of good options. Our room was sparkling clean and way bigger than we expected, with a great balcony view over the bustling streets. It's a stone's throw from amazing eateries like Ristorante Pizzeria Da Gigino and Sedil Dominova.

My journey from doubt to delight
The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants! The room was massive and ultraclean. With a fantastic view!
Despite the great stay, the town's bustling nightlife led to some disturbs at night.

The staff was super helpful, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. We visited amazing coastal sites and local eateries that were just steps away. The breakfast filled us up for the day, and our room offered a clean and comfy space to unwind after adventures.
The only hiccup was the inconsistent Wi-Fi , tricky for us to stay connected while planning our next outings.
